Do you have that feeling- where you have everything in your life, even happiness but there’s something wrong that holds tight inside?
It’s like your forcing yourself to feel sad for no reason or when you’re having the best day of your life, but you just feel sad.
You put yourself in a situation that makes you feel even worse. The worst part is this monster comes at any point in time or space.
You can’t destroy it or at least can’t try destroying it. You want to break, crash and nothing else works.
Imagining about a day that goes well can change immediately to something you never could have thought you would imagine and that changes the whole perspective of your day.
Maybe you miss someone, maybe you’re lost, maybe you don’t find the purpose of life or even know your purpose in life.
It’s hard to think about it if you’re thinking about it right now. You know people support you, encourage you, but your just sad inside.
Is it a curse on mankind? Is there a cure? Can you heal yourself? Is it just another ill thinking? Is it an addiction to unhappiness? Thinking about this I am clueless.
Many people might feel the same way, you may never know who it may be. Some might have talked about it to you or some might have told you about it and you just didn’t realize it. Your imagination gets wild.
Your presence doesn’t matter to you, you are fixed in your thoughts. It doesn’t matter if your imagination is happy or sad… you still stay sad.
I’ve read somewhere that there’s a theory that people like negative feelings, which evaluated why people enjoy horror movies, concluded that some viewers are happy to be unhappy.
But you can change the way you take things into your life.
Try to make someone else happy, you may never know if the other one feels the same way, the way you do. Believe me when I say that this isn’t depression.
It’s the way how you take the perspective of things that happen in your life. When you feel down at some point listen to your favorite music, paint, write poems, anything that is productive that comes out of you.
Be positive. It’s the key that keeps you on track. Keep yourself busy with things.
Keep telling yourself you can handle all the negativity, you are the purpose of your life, you are in control of what happens in your life. And YES, you can… it just takes patience.
Surround yourself with people who make you happy and you will slowly start to see that you are productive, happy and lively.
Don’t forget to show others a little act of kindness. It makes you a better person, more people would like and come to talk to you. And don’t worry… someone is always by your side.
“Every small deed you do that makes someone happy resonates, you just don’t see the fruits of your hard work.” Ervin Roy Sequeira.
